Mechanical Draftsman role with Universal BIM & CAD Technical Solutions LLC in Dubai.
The ideal candidate has experience in mechanical drafting, HVAC/MEP systems, AutoCAD, MEP coordination, and UAE project requirements.

- Location: Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person.

Responsibilities
- Prepare mechanical, HVAC, and MEP drawings using AutoCAD, including shop, coordination, installation, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate mechanical drawings with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP services.
- Revise drawings based on consultant, contractor, engineer, and site comments.
- Prepare drawings from approved designs, specifications, and site requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, BIM modelers, site teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and UAE standards; review accuracy, dimensions, levels, layouts, and technical details.
- Maintain revisions and project documentation; support resolution of technical and drawing issues.
- Deliver accurate drawings within project deadlines.
Requirements
- Mandatory 4–5 years of relevant UAE experience as a Mechanical Draftsman.
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, MEP, or Drafting.
- Strong AutoCAD proficiency and good knowledge of HVAC and mechanical MEP systems.
- Experience preparing MEP shop and coordination drawings.
- Knowledge of UAE construction practices, standards, and consultant requirements.
- Revit MEP/BIM knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to read mechanical/MEP drawings; good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- UAE availability and immediate joining are preferred.
