The employer is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager in Dubai to own revenue-driven marketing across the business.

Responsibilities
- Lead performance strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, and video.
- Own the full funnel from first click through qualified opportunity and handover to sales.
- Oversee tracking, attribution, and CRM data flows so every lead is measurable.
- Manage multimillion AED budgets with accountability for cost efficiency and revenue impact.
- Report weekly and monthly to leadership, starting with revenue and clear corrective actions.
- Guide SEO and conversion rate optimization to support paid performance.
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing team.
Requirements
- 10+ years in performance marketing, including 5+ years leading people and budgets.
- Proven revenue ownership in the UAE or a similar high-growth market.
- Background in a lead-generation or sales-driven business, or a senior performance agency role.
- Hands-on knowledge of analytics and tracking, including GA4, server-side tracking, and conversion attribution.
- Experience with CRM platforms and pipeline reporting.
- Direct, structured communicator who stays calm under pressure.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
