Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day sales operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain sales data, CRM records, and pipeline information.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and revenue forecasts; monitor KPIs and update management.
- Coordinate client onboarding and required documentation.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations to improve internal processes.
- Identify workflow and reporting improvements; assist with proposals, contracts, and client documentation.
- Monitor sales activities for compliance with internal policies.
- Support CRM system and sales process implementation and improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or commercial support; financial services experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience with CRM systems.
- Experience preparing sales reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, finance, and operational teams.
- UAE financial services market experience is advantageous.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 13,000 per month plus a AED 3,000 monthly bonus.
