Newly created Product Project Manager/Merchandiser role in the merchandising team, with ownership of custom apparel programmes across the GCC.

Work is primarily product-focused, with commercial responsibilities supporting contracts, orders, and new partners.
What you will do
- Own custom apparel programmes from brief through delivery.
- Lead product development from concept and specifications through approved samples.
- Set article-level prices and submit quantity forecasts for production planning.
- Coordinate with global product, development, and supply teams on specifications, quality, costs, and timelines.
- Deliver kit on time for event dates and tender commitments.
- Prepare product input for tenders and help the sales team pitch to partners.
- Track contracts, collate orders, update senior stakeholders, and report progress, forecasts, and risks to management.
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, product management, or a related field.
- Five to six years managing apparel or product projects end to end; sports, teamwear, uniforms, or fashion experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of apparel, fabrics, construction, and product development.
- Experience with pricing, volume forecasting, and production timelines; commercial approach and confidence negotiating.
- Comfort managing senior stakeholders, including sports federations and government clients.
- National team or event kit, teamwear, or government tender experience is a plus.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent English; Arabic is a plus, not essential.
Travel and workplace
- The role is based in the regional office in Dubai.
- Regional and international travel is expected, including travel to global headquarters.
