A commercially focused Business Launch Advisor role with a Dubai corporate services and business setup company.
The role manages prospective clients and company formation opportunities from enquiry through incorporation and visa processing.
Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound enquiries across phone, email, WhatsApp, online channels, and face-to-face meetings.
- Advise clients on company formation, licensing options, business activities, and visa requirements.
- Manage the client journey through company incorporation and visa processing; qualify leads, handle objections, and close business.
- Follow up with prospective clients and provide accurate information about packages, pricing, timelines, and setup processes.
- Maintain CRM records, develop pipelines through events and partners, and meet monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.
- Own client relationships through handover and coordinate with internal teams to support service quality.
Candidate requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in consultative sales, business setup, corporate services, or another high-performance client-facing environment.
- Strong sales, negotiation, closing, relationship-building, and communication skills; experience managing multiple opportunities.
- A proactive, target-driven, and highly responsive approach; experience with CRM systems, ideally Zoho.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is advantageous.
- UAE company formation, free zone, or corporate services experience is highly advantageous.
Compensation
- AED 9,000 per month.
