A financial-services company is recruiting an experienced Account Executive to develop new business, build client relationships, and support business growth.
The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 13,000 per month, plus an AED 3,000 monthly bonus.
Employment type
- The position is full-time.
Key responsibilities
- Develop financial-services business opportunities and relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial engagement through conversion; conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable financial-services solutions.
- Meet monthly sales targets, support revenue growth, and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain client-interaction, sales-activity, and pipeline records; coordinate with internal teams on client onboarding.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management; experience in financial services is preferred.
- Proven sales-target achievement; strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities; experience with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
- A proactive, commercially focused approach to developing new business. UAE-market experience is advantageous.
