Account Manager role with an established financial services company in Dubai.
Manage an existing client portfolio, strengthen long-term partnerships and identify account-growth opportunities.

Compensation
- Salary is AED 13,000 per month plus a monthly bonus of AED 3,000.
Employment type
Full-time.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with an assigned client portfolio.
- Act as primary contact for client enquiries, requirements and account matters.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and provide suitable financial services solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and account reviews; support satisfaction, retention and service delivery.
- Coordinate internally to resolve client queries and deliver services on time.
- Monitor account performance, revenue opportunities and client engagement.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve revenue, retention and account-growth targets.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, relationship management or client services; financial services experience preferred.
- Proven client relationship management and development track record.
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify account-growth opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing portfolios and achieving revenue or retention targets.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and experience with CRM systems and account management tools.
- UAE financial services market experience is advantageous.
