Role Overview
Payroll Specialist role with HR responsibilities.
The role is performed in person.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll, including salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, leave adjustments, and final settlements.
- Process WPS payroll accurately and maintain records in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Handle onboarding, contracts, employee records, leave, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Process EOSB, resignations, terminations, and final settlements with Finance and management.
- Support MOHRE, visa, work permit, insurance, and other government processes.
- Prepare monthly HR and payroll reports and respond to employee payroll queries.
- Assist with Emiratization, GPSSA, and other HR compliance matters.
- Resolve payroll, attendance, leave, and HR-related issues with management and employees.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of payroll experience is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 5,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
