The role leads end-to-end after-sales operations in an automotive dealership or distributor.

Responsibilities
- Oversee pre-delivery inspection, vehicle readiness, and quality control.
- Manage workshop productivity, technician efficiency, labour utilization, repair quality, and turnaround time.
- Manage reception, service advisors, service appointments, customer handling, and service delivery.
- Resolve customer escalations and complaints, support service recovery, and improve customer satisfaction (CSI).
- Manage spare-parts operations, inventory, availability, stock control, and profitability.
- Oversee warranty administration and technical escalations; ensure compliance with manufacturer service standards.
- Drive after-sales revenue, service retention, maintenance contracts, service packages, accessories, and parts sales.
- Lead and develop service advisors, reception, workshop supervisors, technicians, and spare-parts teams, ensuring performance and accountability.
Candidate requirements
- Proven management experience within an automotive dealership or distributor is mandatory.
- Comprehensive responsibility across end-to-end after-sales operations is required.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
- Candidates available to join immediately or within 1–2 months are acceptable.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 10,000 per month; salary is open depending on experience and qualifications.
