Location and work arrangement
- Office location is Ras Al Khor.
- The role is based in Dubai and requires in-person work.
Role responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and messages and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer problems promptly and coordinate with other teams on complex issues.
- Assist with orders, shipment tracking, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain product knowledge, including updates on launches, features, and promotions.
- Build customer relationships and follow up to ensure needs and feedback are addressed.
- Maintain customer interaction and resolution records in the customer management system; prepare reports as needed.
- Escalate complex issues and coordinate communication between customers and internal teams.
- Follow service and quality standards and participate in training.
- Gather customer feedback and contribute to improvements in products, services, processes, and service strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge and best practices.
Skills and qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require a bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent written and verbal Arabic and English communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills, rapport-building, and empathy.
- Patience and professionalism with difficult or irate customers.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, or ticketing platforms.
- Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Pay
- AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
