Supervise painting activities at construction or industrial project sites and ensure quality workmanship and timely completion.
Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Supervise painters and ensure correct execution of surface preparation, priming, and painting.
- Ensure painting work follows project specifications and approved procedures.
- Monitor paint application, coating thickness, and finishing quality.
- Ensure proper use of painting tools, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with site engineers, QC inspectors, and HSE personnel.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
- Allocate daily tasks to painters and monitor work progress.
- Maintain daily work reports and report quality or site-related issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience as a Painting Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation, primers, paint systems, and application techniques.
- Familiarity with painting quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Ability to supervise a team and manage daily site activities.
- Construction or industrial project experience is preferred.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
