Role overview
Operations Manager role supporting aviation accounts and other allocated contracts in Dubai.
Supports efficient contract delivery in line with commercial agreements, service expectations, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinates with internal stakeholders including finance, payroll, demand planning, recruitment, transport, accommodation, and HR services.
Contract and customer delivery
- Develop and maintain operational contract performance and deploy assets on time in line with client demand.
- Monitor contract operations and commercial performance, maintaining daily operational reports and following SOPs, SWIs, SLAs, and commercial KPIs.
- Manage client and account relationships at all levels and identify efficiency initiatives and opportunities.
- Support the Account Manager in managing and delivering transport, aviation, and logistics responsibilities across the group.
Process and team performance
- Analyze trends and metrics, validate productivity measures, and improve solutions and processes to address inefficiencies.
- Manage daily deployment data and driver performance reporting while promoting operational excellence and positive team behavior.
- Streamline workflows, establish quality controls, and document key processes for efficiency and standardization.
Innovation
- Use automation tools to reduce repetitive manual work and improve transportation operating models.
- Research limousine industry trends, emerging technologies, software, and best practices.
- Collaborate across departments and business units to exchange ideas and prepare improvement proposals.
Selection criteria
- At least 5 years of experience.
- University or college education.
- Knowledge of transport management, rostering and deployments, vehicle utilization, limousine and RTA regulatory compliance, and operating procedures.
- Customer relationship management capability and effective report-writing skills.
