Role overview

Shipment information and coordination

• Receive, record, and validate customer orders and develop routing plans according to Customer Operation Support instructions.
• Coordinate shipment documents and updates with network offices and arrange shipments with clients.
• Manage shipments from origin country through customer delivery.
• Coordinate land, marine, and air crews across locations and support operations.
• Ensure compliance with local import and export customs regulations for equipment and materials.

Shipment handling and monitoring

• Check cargo availability and confirm shipping can proceed.
• Coordinate out-of-scope requests, network rate negotiations, client rate filing, approvals, and shipment confirmations.
• Troubleshoot service deviations, escalate issues, and follow up on centralized claims.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for aircraft-on-ground situations, including after-hours and public holidays.
• Monitor shipments with the Link tracker, resolve service deviations, and deploy recovery plans with the network and client.
• Follow up on missing key data events and ensure tracker updates; update and distribute SOPs when scope changes.
• Report damage promptly and raise claims according to air and sea processes.

Invoices and continuous improvement

• Seek technology and process improvements to service and cost.
• Maintain SOA files with current invoices and submit them to Dnata for final review.
• Resolve network and client rate discrepancies and reconcile invoice disputes; conduct weekly reconciliation to support timely network payments.
• Hold weekly meetings with overseas network teams to review invoice disputes, identify causes, track resolution, and close issues.
