Role overview

Shipment coordination and execution

• Receive, record, and validate customer orders; create routing plans according to Customer Operation Support instructions.
• Coordinate shipment documents and updates with network offices and arrange shipments with clients.
• Manage shipments from origin country through customer delivery.
• Coordinate land, marine, and air operations crews across locations and support operations.
• Check cargo availability and confirm that shipping can proceed.
• Manage ad hoc requests, rate negotiations, rate filing, and required approvals before shipment confirmation.

Monitoring and service recovery

• Ensure compliance with local customs regulations for imports and exports of equipment and materials.
• Troubleshoot service deviations, escalate issues, and centralize and follow up on claims.
• Report damage promptly and raise claims under the air and sea processes.
• Monitor shipments using the Link tracker and coordinate recovery plans for service deviations.
• Follow up on missing data events and ensure shipment tracking is updated.
• Update and distribute SOPs when the operational scope changes.
• Identify service and cost improvements with the network.

Invoices and reporting

• Maintain SOA files with current invoices and submit them to Dnata for final review.
• Resolve network and client rate discrepancies and reconcile invoice disputes.
• Coordinate weekly overseas network meetings to review invoice disputes, identify causes, track resolutions, and close outstanding matters.

Support coverage

• Provide 24/7 on-call support after office hours and on public holidays for AOG situations.
