Role overview

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services LLC seeks experienced Mechanical BIM Modelers to join its Dubai team.

Requirements

3–6 years of relevant UAE experience.
Strong experience in Mechanical BIM Modeling and MEP Coordination.
Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Good knowledge of HVAC and mechanical services; experience in BIM modeling, coordination, and clash detection.
Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and site teams; understanding of UAE construction requirements and standards.
Ability to develop accurate, coordinated BIM models; strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Candidates currently available in the UAE and immediate joiners are preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate mechanical BIM models using Revit and prepare coordinated models to project requirements.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
Coordinate mechanical services with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.
Incorporate consultant and site comments into BIM models.
Support shop drawings and construction documentation; coordinate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and site teams.
Ensure models comply with project specifications and BIM standards; maintain model accuracy and project deliverables.

Pay

Pay starts from AED 4,000 per month.
