The IT Executive manages hotel IT systems, services, infrastructure, and day-to-day department operations.

Responsibilities
- Implement the hotel IT plan and group-wide systems, and assess IT systems and infrastructure for security, scalability, and reliability.
- Manage colleague IT support, guest and staff IT queries, escalations, user access, hardware, and network infrastructure.
- Oversee hotel AV services, meeting-room and event-space readiness, troubleshooting, and support for VIPs and events.
- Lead day-to-day IT department operations, guide staff, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure HSE compliance.
- Recommend and implement approved policies and procedures, monitor adherence, and identify improvements to processes and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent; a master’s degree in these fields or equivalent is also listed.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent professional certification.
- At least three years of IT experience; hospitality or blue-chip experience is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of IT processes, including applications, databases, and support; advanced understanding of ICT and IT security standards.
- Understanding of hotel operations and IT requirements for guest information management and loyalty programs.
- Budgeting, planning, and interpersonal skills.
