People & Culture internship with a stated start date of February 2027.
The intern supports HR operations and colleague-facing activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
- Support recruitment, including vacancy postings, application screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, engagement initiatives, internal events, recognition programs, and colleague activities.
- Prepare HR communications, presentations, reports, trackers, and departmental records.
- Coordinate training and learning activities; support employee welfare initiatives and People & Culture projects.
- Handle HR administration and colleague documentation related to attendance, leave, probation, and other processes.
- Respond to routine colleague inquiries and refer matters needing further guidance.
- Follow hotel policies, departmental procedures, data protection requirements, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and People & Culture operations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, professionalism, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- Previous HR or administrative experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
