The Front Office Intern supports guest services and daily hotel operations under the team's supervision.
Start date: February 2027.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with inquiries, directions, and information about hotel facilities.
- Support check-in, check-out, registration, room allocation, reservation inquiries, and supervised guest-system updates.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally; escalate concerns when needed and direct calls to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments; maintain guest documents, reports, and front office records.
- Protect guest information, follow hotel procedures and service standards, and participate in briefings, training, and daily operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in hospitality management, hotel and restaurant management, tourism, or a related field.
- Good written and verbal English communication, customer service orientation, and genuine interest in hospitality.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and a professional, well-groomed appearance.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office; good organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as hotel operations require.
Advantageous experience
- Previous hotel operations or customer service experience is an advantage but is not required.
