F&B Service Intern role supporting daily food and beverage operations at 25hours Hotel One Central.
Start date: February 2027.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, escort them to tables, and present menus.
- Support order-taking, food and beverage service, and responses to guest requests.
- Set up tables and mise en place, clear and reset tables to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, bar, service stations, and assigned areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety standards.
- Learn and follow hotel service standards, operating procedures, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues for timely food and beverage delivery.
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown when required.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally; refer issues to a supervisor when needed.
- Attend briefings and training, and perform other reasonable duties supporting daily F&B operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related program.
- Strong interest in food and beverage operations and hospitality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
- Previous hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
