Job Overview
We seek an enthusiastic Sales Executive to drive revenue through lead generation and phone-based sales. Responsibilities include generating leads, closing deals over the phone, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 50β60 calls daily to prospects and existing customers using prepared scripts
- Introduce products/services, explain key features, and answer customer queries
- Ask probing questions to identify needs and close sales effectively
- Refer qualified leads to field sales team when needed
- Maintain accurate customer data in company database and ERP systems
- Process orders efficiently and support repeat business
- Track calls, sales results, and customer insights
- Meet or exceed sales targets consistently
Required Skills
- Knowledge of ERP modules (CRM, HR, Trading, Manufacturing, Accounts)
- Quick learner with clear, convincing product communication
- Strong spoken/written English and interpersonal skills
- Calm demeanour to handle rejection and difficult conversations
- Excellent negotiation skills to resolve issues and complaints
