Job Summary
Craft Interactive Technologies is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to support business development initiatives through lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting ERP solutions, generating qualified leads, and contributing to revenue growth through effective telephonic sales and relationship management.
Sales & Lead Generation
- Conduct 50–60 outbound calls per day to prospective and existing customers using approved sales approaches.
- Introduce and promote the company's ERP solutions, explaining key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities to generate qualified business leads.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the field sales team by sharing qualified leads and relevant customer information.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular communication.
- Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support order processing activities and encourage repeat business opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in ERP and CRM systems.
- Track and report daily call activities, lead status, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Ensure timely updates of customer interactions and business opportunities in the system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of ERP modules such as CRM, HR, Trading, Manufacturing, and Accounts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to engage customers confidently and handle objections professionally.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Quick learner with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
