Job Summary
Craft Interactive Technologies is seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales Executive** to support business growth through lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, promoting the company's ERP solutions, generating qualified leads, and contributing to revenue growth through effective relationship management and consultative selling.
Sales & Lead Generation
- Conduct **50–60 outbound calls daily** to prospective and existing customers using approved sales methodologies.
- Introduce and promote the company's ERP solutions by effectively communicating key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities to generate qualified business leads.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate with the field sales team by sharing qualified leads and relevant customer insights.
- Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate product and service information.
- Deliver a positive customer experience by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Support order processing activities and identify opportunities for repeat business and customer retention.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to enhance sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, lead, and sales information within the ERP and CRM systems.
- Track and report daily call activities, lead progress, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
- Ensure timely documentation of customer interactions, follow-up actions, and business opportunities.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and contribute insights for continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of ERP modules such as **CRM, Human Resources, Trading, Manufacturing, and Accounts**.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to engage customers confidently and handle objections professionally.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Quick learner with a proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
