Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Telesales Representative** to generate sales opportunities through outbound calling, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to effectively promote our ERP solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct **50–60 outbound calls daily** to prospective and existing customers using approved sales scripts and methodologies.
  • Identify customer requirements, present relevant products and services, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding the company's offerings and provide accurate information to support the sales process.
  • Qualify prospects and coordinate with the field sales team whenever additional engagement is required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Develop a sound understanding of the company's ERP solutions to facilitate meaningful discussions with potential clients.
  • Process customer orders and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets while delivering a high standard of customer service.
  • Record call outcomes, customer feedback, and key insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of ERP business processes and modules such as **CRM, Human Resources, Trading, Manufacturing, and Accounts**.
  • Ability to quickly learn and confidently communicate product and service offerings to prospective customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English**.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address customer concerns and complaints tactfully.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
