Job Summary
Craft Interactive Technologies is seeking an experienced and customer-oriented **ERP Pre-Sales Consultant** to support business growth by identifying client requirements and recommending appropriate ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have **3–5 years of experience in ERP pre-sales or solution consulting, preferably with ERPNext**, and will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, providing solution expertise, and partnering with the sales team to deliver value-driven proposals that address customer business needs.
Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business processes, operational challenges, and strategic objectives.
- Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions and analyze business workflows to identify suitable ERP solutions.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations showcasing ERPNext features, capabilities, and business benefits.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to design and recommend solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Provide functional and technical expertise during client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, solution documents, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.
- Support the sales team in addressing customer queries, handling objections, and facilitating product-related discussions.
- Participate in proof-of-concept activities and solution validation exercises when required.
Client Engagement & Market Intelligence
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on ERPNext enhancements, industry developments, and emerging market trends.
- Monitor competitor offerings and contribute insights to strengthen solution positioning.
- Identify new business opportunities and support initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **3–5 years of experience** in ERP pre-sales, solution consulting, or a similar role, preferably with ERPNext.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Human Resources, CRM, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and related functions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-oriented solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
- Proven ability to support sales initiatives and contribute to achieving business objectives.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
