Craft Interactive Technologies is seeking a skilled and customer-focused ERP Pre-Sales Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in ERP solutions, preferably ERPNext.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding client business requirements, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team in proposing tailored ERP solutions that drive business value.
Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business processes, operational challenges, and requirements.
- Conduct detailed requirement-gathering and business process analysis sessions.
- Deliver effective product demonstrations and presentations highlighting ERPNext capabilities and business benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and recommend ERP solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.
- Provide technical and functional expertise during client meetings, discussions, and solution workshops.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, solution documents, and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Support the sales team in handling customer queries, objections, and product-related discussions.
Client Engagement & Market Awareness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders.
- Stay updated on ERPNext features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and helping position ERP solutions effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in ERP pre-sales, solution consulting, or a similar role, preferably with ERPNext.
- Strong understanding of ERP processes across Finance, HR, CRM, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and other business functions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to support sales initiatives and contribute to revenue growth.
