Job Summary
Craft Interactive Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented **Sales Executive** to drive business growth through lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting the company's ERP solutions, generating qualified leads, and building strong customer relationships that contribute to revenue growth and business success.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and other lead generation activities.
- Promote the company's ERP solutions by effectively communicating their features, benefits, and business value.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on their business needs.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Work closely with the sales and implementation teams to support business development initiatives.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue objectives.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by understanding client requirements and delivering appropriate solutions.
- Identify opportunities for customer retention, cross-selling, and business expansion.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies and service delivery.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, and opportunity records within the ERP and CRM systems.
- Track and report sales activities, lead status, conversion metrics, and pipeline progress.
- Ensure timely documentation of customer interactions, follow-up activities, and sales opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of ERP solutions and business processes will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to engage customers confidently and handle objections professionally.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer success.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is preferred.
