Job Summary
Craft Interactive Technologies is seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales Executive** to support business growth by generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, and driving sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business requirements, promoting the company's ERP solutions, and building long-term customer relationships.
This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Generate and qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and identifying business opportunities.
- Promote the company's ERP solutions by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and business value.
- Recommend suitable ERP solutions based on customers' business needs.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
- Work closely with the Sales and Implementation teams to support business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through regular follow-ups and professional communication.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, and opportunity records in the CRM and ERP systems.
- Track sales activities, lead status, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.
- Record customer interactions, follow-up activities, and sales updates in a timely manner.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to improve sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of ERP solutions or business processes is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
