Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services LLC in Dubai is hiring an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant UAE experience.
- Strong electrical BIM modeling and MEP coordination experience; proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of electrical services and systems, BIM coordination, and clash detection.
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Understanding of UAE construction requirements and standards; ability to develop accurate, coordinated BIM models.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- UAE availability and immediate joining are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate electrical BIM models using Revit.
- Prepare coordinated electrical models and perform clash detection using Navisworks.
- Coordinate electrical services with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.
- Incorporate consultant and site comments; support shop drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and BIM standards, and maintain model accuracy and deliverables.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 4,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
