The Doorman provides professional, customer-focused service and is a first point of contact for hotel guests.
The role helps make guests' stays memorable.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and open car doors.
- Arrange taxis and provide directions and recommendations for nearby attractions and public transportation.
- Assist guests with luggage.
Candidate profile
- Previous hospitality experience is required; concierge experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required; another language is an advantage.
- The candidate should be proactive, customer-driven, approachable, and able to manage guest requests calmly and courteously.
- Teamwork, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and composure under pressure are expected.
