Business Recruiter role owning full-cycle hiring across global business and go-to-market roles, with flexibility to support technical and product hiring.
Works directly with hiring managers and the leader of global talent acquisition; the role includes ownership of searches and mentorship.
What you'll own
- Own priority business and go-to-market searches end to end, from intake to signed offer.
- Keep searches moving and hiring managers informed throughout the process.
- Drive a sourcing mix of approximately 60% outbound, 30% inbound, and 10% referrals.
- Use AI for sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, and reporting.
- Manage time to hire, offer acceptance, and pipeline health.
What you'll need
- 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- A track record hiring commercial or GTM roles, including sales, business development, marketing, or operations.
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth startup.
- Proven outbound sourcing experience and a pipeline built independently.
- Experience running searches and owning hiring manager relationships directly.
- Fluent in English.
- Global or multi-region hiring experience is a plus.
Recruiting approach and tools
- The role involves building systems, workflows, and automations using Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.

- The recruiter is expected to ramp quickly on new tools and use AI throughout the recruiting funnel.
