What you'll own

• Own direct and indirect tax compliance across operating markets, including timely VAT, Corporate Tax, Zakat, and withholding tax filings.
• Manage UAE Corporate Tax registrations, computations, returns, and documentation.
• Manage KSA Zakat, VAT, and withholding tax, coordinating with ZATCA and external advisors.
• Implement e-invoicing and maintain compliance wherever required.
• Manage tax structuring and compliance for new and international entities, including the US entity.
• Maintain cross-border and intercompany positions and transfer-pricing documentation.
• Manage tax provisioning, reconciliations, and reporting at month-end close.
• Assess tax impacts of new products, campaigns, and business models with product and operations teams.
• Build audit-ready processes, controls, and documentation, and monitor regulatory changes across jurisdictions.

What you'll need

• 3 to 5 years of tax experience, with hands-on knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT, and KSA Zakat, VAT, and withholding tax.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Exposure to multi-jurisdiction tax compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as MS Dynamics or similar, and advanced Excel.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Able to move quickly, make decisions with incomplete information, take ownership, and build processes and controls from scratch.

• Hands-on experience implementing e-invoicing.
• US tax exposure.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or another high-growth environment.
