Responsibilities
- Lead sessions using music, rhythm, songs, rhymes, movement, stories, sensory exploration, and parent–baby bonding.
- Adapt activities and pacing to ages, developmental stages, and individual responses.
- Use expressive communication and build rapport with babies and caregivers to encourage participation.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment and handle session setup, materials, and clearing.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality sessions across all five locations.
Essential requirements
- At least 5 years' relevant experience delivering baby sensory, infant enrichment, or music-and-movement sessions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; strong infant-development and early-years learning knowledge.
- Strong musicality and communication, with the ability to lead songs, manage groups, and adapt session pacing.
- Valid paediatric first aid certification or willingness to obtain it before starting; ability to pass background and safeguarding checks.
- Legal eligibility to work in the UAE, own transport, and willingness to travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Preferred experience
- Experience with Baby Sensory, Music Monkeys, Gymboree, or Kindermusik is preferred.
- Familiarity with UK, US, or Scandinavian early-years curricula is preferred.
