Recruiting an Assistant Manager – Hard Services for the Total Facilities Management team in Dubai.
Support the Facilities Manager and clients with daily facilities operations, ensuring facilities are maintained, functional, and safe.
Scope includes maintenance, vendor coordination, housekeeping and soft services, safety compliance, and facility projects.
Responsibilities
- Support contract financial reporting, budget control, resource planning, service delivery, and SLA/KPI compliance.
- Coordinate staff training, transport and accommodation planning, procurement, contractors, and client communications.
- Manage mobilization and demobilization, equipment orders, local purchases, contract reviews, and service proposals.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings; monitor staff performance, client feedback, maintenance programmes, and service quality.
- Coordinate timely invoice raising and identify energy-management and continuous-improvement opportunities.
Selection criteria
- At least 7 years of facilities-management experience in a managerial position.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent degree in facilities management.
- Experience in people management and good influencing skills.
- Proven project-management skills and experience leading commercial, contract-aware continuous-improvement projects.
- UAE driving licence.
