Design, develop, customize, and maintain applications across the Zoho ecosystem.
The role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Build applications across Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, and Analytics.
- Create and maintain Deluge scripts for workflows, functions, validation rules, and automation.
- Customize modules, layouts, fields, blueprints, buttons, and widgets.
- Build workflows, approvals, assignment and escalation rules, and Blueprint automation.
- Develop integrations using Zoho APIs, REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and third-party services.
- Manage data migration, imports, exports, and system synchronization.
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Troubleshoot production issues, maintain stability, and optimize performance.
- Support code reviews and guide junior developers when required.
Requirements
- Minimum four years of hands-on Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator experience.
- Expert-level Deluge scripting proficiency.
- Proven experience with Zoho APIs, RESTful services, and third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, workflows, and automation.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, data modelling, and SQL concepts.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai.
Desirable qualifications
- Zoho CRM Developer and/or Zoho Creator Developer certification is desirable.
- Enterprise-level Zoho implementation experience is desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum and exposure to implementations across business functions or industries are desirable.
