The Client Servicing Executive supports visa processing, coordinates applications, and helps provide a smooth client experience throughout the immigration process.
Visa processing
- Process and submit ICA visa applications according to document requirements, timelines, and internal standards.
- Review ERP applications, identify missing requirements, and coordinate solutions to avoid delays or rejections.
- Follow up on pending and historical applications, resubmit when required, and update application status.
- Process medical applications, coordinate with medical centres, and release forms and results to clients.
- Coordinate dependent-visa documents and liaise with PROs and typing centres through residency approval.
Client and team support
- Maintain ERP, tracker, PRO, and daily task records accurately and promptly.
- Respond to client servicing and sales-team enquiries by email and in person.
- Support application processing, reporting, filing, document preparation, and daily visa-team operations.
- Share ICA-system updates and process knowledge with team members.
- Escalate system updates, application issues, and operational challenges to senior operations.
Candidate requirements
- Previous UAE visa processing, immigration services, or client servicing experience in a business setup or corporate services environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of ICA systems, UAE visa procedures, residency applications, and dependent visas.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP systems, trackers, Microsoft Office, and email communication.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team.
- Arabic speaker, as specified in the role title.
