Talent Higher is recruiting an AI Project Specialist for its Project Management Office.
The role combines AI/ML technical expertise with project delivery, taking initiatives from concept through production.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and scope AI use cases with business teams; develop and deploy AI, machine learning, generative AI, and LLM-based solutions.
- Work with Python, SQL, LLMs, RAG, APIs, and cloud platforms; integrate solutions with enterprise CRM and ERP systems.
- Manage AI projects from planning through implementation and adoption; coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Monitor and improve production AI solutions; prepare project documentation, business cases, and management reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production; strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
- Experience with machine learning, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI applications.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud; knowledge of MLOps, APIs, databases, and system integration.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with external vendors is an advantage.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification and Arabic language skills are a plus.
