Senior Information Technology Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Strengthen cybersecurity across network, endpoint, cloud, and identity; manage NGFW, EDR, SIEM, PAM, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and incident response.
• Design and manage enterprise LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, server-room, and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Oversee backups, disaster recovery, business continuity, redundancy, and failover.
• Manage SIP trunking, PBX/UC, call routing, mobile/SIM fleets, and telecom vendors.
• Drive ISO 27001 and DESC ISR compliance, audit readiness, policies, SOPs, and evidence management.
• Lead and develop IT, network, security, and telephony/UC teams; manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, and budgets.
• Serve as senior escalation point for critical incidents and provide 24/7 escalation support during major outages or changes.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive, hands-on IT experience covering cybersecurity, enterprise networking, and telephony/UC.
• At least 3 years of team leadership or managerial experience.
• Strong experience with security architecture, incident response, enterprise network design, and SIP/PBX platforms.
• Experience supporting ISO 27001 or equivalent information-security frameworks and audits.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills; structured, documentation-driven approach.
• Vendor-management and budget-management capability; willingness to provide 24/7 escalation support.

Required certifications

• CISSP or CISM.
• CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent advanced networking certification.
• ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor.

Preferred certifications

• Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, or equivalent firewall/security certification.
• Azure or AWS Administrator, Security, or Architect certification.
• ITIL Foundation and/or PMP; CompTIA Security+ and/or Network+.
