Recruiting for a Dubai-based client seeking an experienced commercial professional for a Sales Trainer role.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver sales training programmes for new and existing team members.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to equip new hires with role-relevant knowledge and skills.
- Coach sales professionals on consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify skill gaps through performance reviews and recommend targeted development plans.
- Partner with sales leadership to improve team performance and drive revenue growth.
- Deliver refresher training, workshops, role-play sessions, and ongoing learning initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide coaching and feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle and modern sales methodologies.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, onboarding, or developing sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Commercial mindset and ability to inspire and motivate teams.
