Key Responsibilities
1.
Support student wellbeing and provide initial assistance during welfare-related situations
2.
Monitor student conduct and promote a respectful campus environment
3.De-escalate conflicts using calm and effective communicati
4.Respond to non-criminal incidents with a welfare-first approach
5.Assist during medical or safety emergencies and coordinate with relevant departments
6.Maintain accurate incident reports while ensuring confidentiality
7.Collaborate with Student Affairs, Counseling Services, and other stakeholders to promote student safety and wellbeing
