HIRING: BMS Technician 🚨

⏰ Overtime: As Required
- 🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all types of electronics and BMS-related maintenance works to ensure assets remain operational, safe, and with minimal downtime.
- Support various departments with electronics requirements during events, functions, and daily operations.
- Assist in monitoring contractor works, defect rectifications, and maintenance progress to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Adhere to Quality, Health & Safety, and Security standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Accurately report completed work orders, including labor hours and material consumption.
- Maintain professional communication and conduct with customers, tenants, and end-users across all premises.
- ✅ Requirements:
- Experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and electronics maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and industry best practices.
