Role Overview

This is a

B2b Sales

  • position focused on bringing in new business and growing revenue by selling solutions to corporate clients.
  • What the person will do
  • Identify and acquire new customers to achieve revenue targets.
  • Plan and conduct client meetings independently.
  • Manage the entire sales process for assigned clients, from initial engagement through completion.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets while following company operational and managerial guidelines.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and visits.

Responsibilities

  • **Customer Acquisition:**
  • Drive new business development to achieve targeted revenue goals through strategic customer acquisition.
  • **Sales Planning & Execution:**
  • Independently manage sales activities, including planning and conducting client meetings.
  • **Sales Cycle Management**
  • : Oversee all stages of the sales cycle for assigned client portfolios, ensuring timely and effective follow-through.
  • **Revenue Achievement**
  • : Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets by adhering to corporate operational and managerial guidelines.
  • **Client Relationship Development**
  • : Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement and follow-up visits.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in:

• Compliance & Regulatory Solutions

  • Data, Research & Advisory Services o Sustainability Solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to guide clients through complex buying cycles.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
