About The Role

Senior Interior Designer – Site Supervision

• to oversee the execution of luxury hospitality, branded residential, and high-rise mixed-use developments.
• This is a site-based position focused on ensuring that the approved design intent is delivered to the highest quality standards while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Lead site‑based team for supervision of interior works for hospitality and branded residential projects, ensuring strict adherence to approved brand standards and design intent.
• Coordinate closely with main contractors, specialist subcontractors, and FF&E suppliers to manage quality, sequencing, and interface conditions typical of high‑rise projects.
• Review and manage interior shop drawings, material submittals, mock‑ups, and sample rooms for compliance with Client and operator requirements and approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify quality or workmanship issues, and drive timely closure of snags and design‑related non‑conformances.
• Liaise with the design office, client, brand/operator, and PMC to resolve RFIs, design clarifications, and site‑driven changes.
• Monitor progress of interior packages against programme milestones, highlighting risks related to fit‑out coordination, logistics, or approvals.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover processes to ensure interiors are delivered ready for operator takeover and opening.

Mandatory Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an Interior Designer.
• Experience in
