Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will drive sales of

PRO and business support services

across the UAE by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

The role requires solid UAE market knowledge and proven experience in corporate services sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business for

  • Identify and develop leads for

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and partnerships
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Stay updated on UAE regulations and market trends
  • Prepare basic sales reports and forecasts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • **4+ years of UAE sales / business development experien**

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivate
  • Knowledge of UAE labour and immigration processes is a plus
