Key Responsibilities
- Place and manage orders with factories in Asia, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues in Asia and customers in Europe.
- Assist in creating and managing production schedules.
- Monitor and oversee the production process from start to finish.
- Review incoming samples for sizing accuracy, quality, and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Passion for production and product development.
- Familiarity with creating size charts.
- Hands-on mentality, with precision and strong commitment to product success.
- College-level education with good numerical aptitude.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Independent, flexible, and a team player.
- Resilient, service-oriented, and able to adapt beyond a standard 9-to-5 schedule.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel; willingness to learn new ERP systems.
