Responsibilities
- Supervise daily dark-store and q-commerce operations.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within SLA; monitor queues and prioritize urgent orders.
- Lead pickers, packers, and inventory staff; allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and conduct shift briefings.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, replenishment, and availability management; investigate discrepancies and minimize stock loss.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and safety standards.
- Monitor order accuracy, fulfillment rate, and productivity KPIs; prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams; handle customer fulfillment issues and operational escalations.
- Train and coach staff; manage attendance, leave, overtime, schedules, and onboarding.
- Identify process improvements and corrective actions; maintain facility cleanliness and readiness.
- Support peak demand, promotions, operational projects, and efficient use of manpower and resources.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of dark-store operations experience is required.
- High school or equivalent education is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is SAR 5,000–6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
