Darkstore Operations
- Supervise daily dark-store and quick-commerce operations.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within SLA; monitor order queues and prioritize urgent orders.
- Lead pickers, packers, and inventory staff; allocate tasks and monitor productivity.
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational targets.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, replenishment, and resolution of stock discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and safety standards.
- Monitor order accuracy, fulfillment rate, productivity, and other KPIs; prepare daily performance reports.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams; handle customer fulfillment issues and operational escalations.
- Train and coach staff, manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift schedules, and support onboarding.
- Identify process improvements, implement corrective actions, and minimize stock loss, damage, and shrinkage.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and readiness; support peak demand, promotions, and special projects.
- Use manpower and other resources efficiently.
Requirements
- At least one year of darkstore operations experience is required.
- High school or equivalent education is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is SAR 5,000–6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person in Mecca.
