Manage domestic and international road freight operations and lead the road freight team.
Develop commercial performance, customer retention, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end freight operations for reliable, timely, cost-effective delivery.
- Grow shipment volumes, revenue, profitability, and customer retention through freight strategies and business development.
- Build relationships with customers, transporters, carriers, and logistics partners.
- Set team priorities, allocate workloads, coach employees, and monitor performance.
- Negotiate carrier rates, transportation costs, and service agreements.
- Track shipment volumes, revenue, margins, delivery performance, costs, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customs, Warehousing, Finance, and Operations on shipment execution and issue resolution.
- Improve processes, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with policies, SLAs, transport regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards.
Experience and location
- Cross-border logistics experience: 2 years required.
- Logistics sales experience: 1 year required.
- Road Freight Management experience: 1 year preferred.
- Riyadh location required.
Pay and hours
- Pay is SAR 5,000–11,000 per hour.
- Expected hours are 48 per week.
Work location
- Work is in person in Riyadh.
