Store operations
- Supervise daily dark-store and quick-commerce operations.
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within SLA.
- Lead pickers, packers, and inventory staff; allocate tasks and monitor productivity.
- Conduct shift briefings, communicate targets, monitor order queues, and prioritize urgent orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts; manage replenishment, product availability, and discrepancy investigations.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and safety standards.
- Monitor order accuracy, fulfillment rate, and productivity KPIs; prepare daily operational reports.
- Coordinate dispatch with logistics and delivery teams and handle customer fulfillment issues and escalations.
- Train, coach, and develop staff; manage attendance, leave, overtime, shift schedules, and new-employee onboarding.
- Improve processes, reduce stock loss and damage, maintain facility cleanliness and readiness, and support peak demand and special projects.
- Use manpower and other resources efficiently.
Requirements
- One year of dark-store operations experience is required.
- High school or equivalent education is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is SAR 5,000–6,000 per month.
