Supervise daily dark store and q-commerce operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within SLA; monitor order queues and prioritize urgent orders.
- Lead pickers, packers, and inventory staff; allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and conduct shift briefings.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, replenishment, and investigation of discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and safety standards.
- Monitor order accuracy, fulfillment rate, and productivity; prepare daily operational and performance reports.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams; handle fulfillment issues and operational escalations.
- Train, coach, and develop staff; support onboarding and manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Identify process improvements, implement corrective actions, and minimize stock loss, damage, and shrinkage.
- Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and readiness; support peak demand, promotions, and special projects.
- Ensure efficient use of manpower and other resources.
Requirements
- At least one year of darkstore operations experience is required.
- High school or equivalent education is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is SAR 5,000–6,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
