Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily bank balances, cash positions, and funding needs across multiple entities and bank accounts.
• Prepare and maintain cash-flow forecasts and treasury reports.
• Process payments according to internal approvals and ensure supporting documentation is complete.
• Manage daily banking operations, online banking platforms, and payment processing.
• Handle KYC documentation, updates, and compliance for multiple group entities.
• Coordinate with banks and internal departments to support timely payments and efficient cash management.
• Monitor payment deadlines and ensure sufficient funds for financial obligations.
• Maintain accurate treasury records and support improvements to treasury processes.
• Assist with real estate project escrow accounts and related payment procedures where applicable.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant treasury experience; corporate group experience across multiple entities is preferred.
• Experience with cash-flow forecasting and reporting, daily balances, and funding needs across multiple entities and banks.
• Strong knowledge of UAE banking procedures, online banking platforms, and payment processing.
• Hands-on experience managing KYC updates and documentation for multiple entities.
• Ability to process payments in accordance with internal approval procedures and documentation requirements.
• Real estate project escrow account knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and a responsible approach to financial operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict payment deadlines.
